They just crack on with work, great customer service. My steering wheel was cleaned with antibacterial spray, they really care and do a great job! The gentleman in the reception is always very positive and welcomes me with a big smile! Thank you!

Poor customer service, bribed and threatened. Would leave no stars if that was possible. My car was booked in for a new slave cylinder and clutch. Whilst my vehicle was being worked on I was advised that we also needed a new fly wheel. This work was agreed taking my bill up to £1154 from the original £600. I was then contacted on the day my car was due to be picked up, to say that upon test driving the car for the clutch the car's dashboard was stating the battery would not charge. I was advised that a new alternator was required and that this would be a further 'couple of hundred pounds' I was asked to authorise this work to be completed with no questions asked and no further explanation provided. I explained to the manager of the store that we had had no issues with the battery or alternator prior to the car going to the garage and so did not agree for this work to be completed. The manager then stated that he would ask his technician to make sure they had 'wired the car up properly' and would be back in touch. I was phoned an hour later to be told that there was in fact no problem with the alternator and that one of the technicians had found 'rust on the wires' which the manager said had caused the error message to appear. This was understandably the first warning sign that made me doubtful of the integrity of this company and whether they were trustworthy. I did not however suspect that my car would be rendered unsafe and inadequate to drive. The car was picked up and driven by myself then over a period of almost 2 weeks until Tuesday 25th August when I was driving late at night with my 4 month old baby and we broke down a distance from home. The AA had to be contacted to recover my vehicle. The AA technician advised that the car was unable to be fixed roadside and would need to be towed owing to the fact that the starter motor had not been reattached and there was oil leaking all over the road. The car went back to the garage and was apparently fixed adequately the second time and reassembled properly. However since picking the car up for the second time there is now an error message on the dashboard stating the parking brake needs to be checked, again something that was working perfectly fine before it entered the garage. Head office advised I made an official complaint and that I would receive a response within 10 working days. This response then only actually gets sent to me when I chase it after the 10 days has passed. When the response finally comes through its full of excuses and essentially calls me a lier. Management effectively refused to acknowledge my concerns and complaint. There is clearly no integrity in this company at all. When we took our car back to have a clutch warrenty check a staff member drove the car up and down the road and did so without a mask on despite branches insisting customers wear masks while in your stores. Now I have received an email trying to bribe me to remove a justified review of this awful company. I've been offered £50 to remove the review immediately. It would appear they are completely disinterested in providing good quality customer service and are only actually interested in is creating a facade of being a legitimate company - something they are far from being. We chose this company over other garages believing that we were more likely to receive quality customer service but I couldn't have been more wrong. Before you claim to be unable to find a booking in my name..... ATTEMPTED BRIBERY ASWELL Forgot to bolt on starter motor Forgot to bolt on starter motor. Clutch failed 14 days later leaving my missus and 4 month old baby stuck. So glad i forked out 1200 quid. Received an email saying it was a clip that failed and pretty much sorry about the starter motor.No compensation for the time ive wasted taking it back in. On clutch check man got in my car with no face mask on to "drive it up the road". All in all totally dissapointed. LET ME GUESS CANT FIND A RECEIPT OR INVOICE IN MY NAME. I have been liaising with the Regional Manager further and I have managed to persuade him to relook at your complaint and we do appreciate you were inconvenienced in having to come back due to the issues and we have agreed to offer you either £50.00 or an oil and filter change for the above vehicle as a gesture of goodwill in full and final settlement providing the 1 Star Review is removed on Trustpilot with immediate effect. If you wish to accept either offer above, please email me back with your acceptance and we can arrange this for you. SINCE TAKING THE CAR TO MR CLUTCH THERES HAS BEEN ISSUE AFTER ISSUE WITH THE ELECTRICS.PARKING BRAKE FAULTS, HEADLIGHT FAULTS, REAR SEAT BELT FAULTS. YOUVE ESSENTIALLY RUINED OUR CAR. WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DEMANDING A REVIEW IS TAKEN DOWN BEFORE GIVING ANY COMPENSATION FOR YOUR BAD WORKMANSHIP.
